The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the Company, Cyfrowy Polsat) hereby informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company, based on the resolutions adopted on 11 June 2013 decided to nominate Dominik Libicki for the function of the President of the Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A.  and  Dariusz Działkowski, Aneta Jaskólska and Tomasz Szeląg for the function of Members of the Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. The Members of the Management Board were appointed for a common three-year term.

The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the Company) hereby announces that on March 23, 2012 it was informed by Sensor Overseas Ltd. seated in Nikozja (Cyprus) (Sensor) about the acquisition of 25,341,272 of the Company's shares.

Sensor is controlled by Mr. Heronim Ruta, Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Before the transfer of shares Sensor did not hold any of the Company's shares.

The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the Company) hereby informs that the Annual General Meeting based on the resolutions adopted on June 5, 2012 decided that the Supervisory Board of the new term will consist of five members and appointed Robert Gwiazdowski, Andrzej Papis, Leszek Reksa, Heronim Ruta and Zygmunt Solorz-Żak to the Supervisory Board for the following three years term.

The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the Company) hereby informs that at the meeting held on June 5, 2012, the Supervisory Board of the Company has been formed in the composition appointed by the Annual General Meeting on June 5, 2012 for the following three-years term.

Mr. Zygmunt Solorz-Żak was elected the President of the Supervisory Board.

At the same meeting, the Supervisory Board, acting in accordance with § 7 sec. 1 of the Regulations of the Supervisory Board of the Company, appointed its Members to Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.

The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (Cyfrowy Polsat) informs that Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) assigned a Ba3 corporate family rating (CFR) to Cyfrowy Polsat. Moody's also assigned a provisional (P) Ba3 rating to the proposed EUR 350 million senior secured notes due 2018 (the Senior Notes), to be issued by Cyfrowy Polsat Finance AB (publ), a wholly owned Swedish subsidiary of Cyfrowy Polsat. Outlook for the assigned ratings is stable.

The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (Cyfrowy Polsat) informs that Standard & Poor's Rating Services (S&P) assigned a preliminary 'BB-' long-term corporate credit rating to Cyfrowy Polsat with stable outlook. S&P also assigned a preliminary 'BB-' issue rating to the EUR 350 million senior secured notes due 2018 (the Senior Notes), to be issued by Cyfrowy Polsat Finance AB (publ), a wholly owned Swedish subsidiary of Cyfrowy Polsat.

The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the Company) hereby informs that on May 19, 2011 it received the decision issued on May 13, 2011 by the District Court for the city of Warsaw, XIII Economic Division of the National Court Register, on the basis of which a new amount of the Company's share capital was entered into the register. The increase in the Company's share capital, in accordance with Article 452 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, was carried out on April 20, 2011 when the Management Board issued share certificates.
