Special SmartDOM scheme now available to new Plus and Cyfrowy Polsat subscribers

Date:
30 Sep 2014

Starting from September 30th 2014, all customers looking for an attractive multi-play scheme can take advantage of the special offer prepared by Plus and Cyfrowy Polsat, whereby they can get the second product for half price, and the third for as little as one złoty.

The first edition of the scheme, launched in May 2014, was available only to Plus and Cyfrowy Polsat subscribers who had used the companies’ services for at least 60 days. Currently, the ‘Second product half off, third product for one złoty’ programme will be open to new customers who are not yet subscribers. All it takes is a single step − customers who purchase Cyfrowy Polsat’s TV services, Plus’ or Cyfrowy Polsat’s Internet Power LTE services, or Plus’ telephone services (with a monthly plan charge of at least PLN 39.90 in a sim-only deal, or PLN 59.90 in the case of contract offers with a new device) will be able to buy − on the same day or throughout the duration of the special offer − a second service with a 50% discount valid for the entire term of the agreement. In addition, within the next ten days, they will also be able to add a third service for as little as one złoty for the entire term of the agreement (with the proviso that the maximum discount for the third purchase must not exceed PLN 28.90).

In this way, the subscriber can put together an attractive bundle of three services, including satellite TV, Power LTE Internet and unlimited calls and texts to all mobile networks, for approximately PLN 61, with the Power LTE Internet and the TV offer costing less than PLN 21! These special terms will apply as long as the subscriber keeps using all three services.

Each subscriber can compile their own service bundle, depending on their needs and the needs of their family. For instance, should they be interested in a larger TV package, they might want to choose satellite TV with over 130 channels, 32 of which are in HD, unlimited calls and texts to all mobile networks, as well as LTE Power Internet with a 15 GB data plan − all for less than PLN 81, with the second and third product for some PLN 21.

The ‘Second product half off, third product for one złoty’ offer is also available to our existing customers who signed their first agreement with Plus or Cyfrowy Polsat before September 30th 2014, irrespective of the length of the contract. The only condition is that they pay no less than PLN 49.90 for the existing subscription.

The SmartDOM special offer ‘Second product half off, third product for one złoty’ includes both sim-only deals and a range of contract offers with a new device, such as tablets, laptops, smartphones and a variety of different sets. The special offer can be combined with a number of other offers, including those for subscribers porting their numbers from another operator. To use the offer, contact the service provider by phone, over the Internet at www.plus.pl and www.cyfrowypolsat.pl, or visit any Plus or Cyfrowy Polsat outlet.

Poland-wide advertising campaign

An advertising campaign will be launched in eight of Poland’s largest cities, using television, radio, the Internet and out-of-home media, to promote new products under the smartDOM special offer. The campaign’s ambassadors – Joanna Brodzik and Paweł Wilczak – will appear in a new 30-second TV spot to be broadcast across major networks: Telewizja POLSAT, TVN and TVP, as well as the stations’ thematic channels. A radio campaign will kick off in RMF FM, Radio ZET, RMF Classic, RMF Maxxx, VOX FM, Złote Przeboje, and ZET Gold. Promotional activities will also be carried out online – on horizontal portals, IPLA and the Netshare network.

PHD Media Direction and Media Direction OMD were responsible for media planning and buying in connection with the campaign. The TV spot was produced by TFP Sp. z o.o., with the Televisor studio in charge of post-production. It was directed by Bartek Ignaciuk based on a script prepared by Grey, an advertising agency.
